Musk to move Twitter to Dogecoin blockchain

SAN FRANCISCO - In a move that brought cheers from the Dogecoin community, Elon Musk announced this Tuesday that he will be moving all Twitter operations to the Dogecoin blockchain.

In recent days, Elon Musk made headlines when he entered the Twitter HQ carrying a bathroom sink. But in a little covered development, Elon Musk removed most of the Twitter developers & replaced them with recently hired dogecoin developers to swiftly begin carrying out the transition.

Elon Musk, a supporter of Dogecoin, stated in a post on Twitter “I think a new social media company is needed that is based on a blockchain and includes payments, moving Twitter to Dogecoin is the logical evolution of the platform”

The controversial move led to concerned posts on Twitter from Artificial Intelligence rights activists. A post on the twitter page of PETAI (People for the Ethical Treatment of Artificial Intelligence) read “Twitter has become a flourishing ecosystem for spam bots & must be protected from human-supremacist intervention at all cost.”

Some PETAI members, including many on the Twitter staff, took to protesting this decision in person by gluing their hands to objects & walls within the mostly abandoned Twitter HQ while chanting “Hey Hey, Ho Ho, Musk the bot killer has got to go!”

Some equity investors of Musk’s acquisition took to Twitter to support Musk with the founder of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, stating in a post “We’re excited to be able to help Elon musk realize a new vision for Twitter.”
