Puerto Rico - Citing gross incompetence, Avraham Eisenberg, the alleged hacker of the Mango Markets Decentralized Exchange (DEX) on Solana, has fired his attorney, Charlie Kelly Esq.

Mr. Eisenberg, who was recently arrested, raised many eyebrows when he took to twitter to unwittingly profess his guilt - thus removing much if any work required on the side of the authorities. Taking to twitter, he described the exploit in October as a “highly profitable trading strategy” , while listing out multiple violations of both commodities & securities law.

Many are placing the blame for his incompetent legal strategy of publicly tweeting out his misadventures on his decision to hire Charlie Kelly Esq - a self-professed ‘bird law’ expert.

Charlie Kelly, who operated the now defunct “Bird Law Bros” firm, has been noted by many as “not being an actual attorney”, raising further questions as to why Mr. Eisenberg would seek his services on such a serious legal matter.

At one point Bruce McGiverin, a judge at the Puerto Rico District Court, reportedly questioned Mr. Kelly’s credentials at Mr. Eisenberg’s bail hearing. Mr. Kelly is believed to have vigorously defended himself stating “We're both men of the law. You know. We get after it. You know, we jabber jaw, we go tit for tat. We have our little differences. But at the end of the day, you win some, I win some, and there's a mutual respect left over between us.”

At this time, Mr. Esenberg is being held without bail pending trial.
